  • How to free email from quarantine report?

  • How to login to the console?

    Enter the corresponding web address (e.g.: https://control.antispameurope.com) in the address bar of your browser. Or go to the website provided by your reseller or by the support department.

    The login is case sensitive with respect to the password.

    You apply for personal login data for your own email address (or for that of a user who requested it from you) by using the 'Create account' tab.

    You can request that a new password is sent to you if you have forgotten your old password (or to the corresponding user, if the user has lost his password) by using the 'Request password' tab.
  • How to check/trace missing mail?

    First, click on 'Workspace'  button which located on the most top main menu bar. Next, type in your keyword in the blank field under 'From'. In this example, we are using *info* as our keyword. Below that you'll have an overview of your keyword search result which will show you the overall details of of mails.
  • How to add whitelist/blacklist from the web console?

    First, access to your workspace panel by clicking the 'Workspace' button which located on the top main menu bar. Next, search for the mail you are looking for and select the mail that need to be whitelisted. Finally, on the 'User options' panel, select 'Whitelist + deliver' on the drop down menu and click on 'Perform action' to complete.

    Blacklist

    Almost same steps as whitelist, you just need to select 'Blacklist sender' in the drop down menu.

    First, access to your workspace panel by clicking the 'Workspace' button which located on the top main menu bar. Next, search for the mail you are looking for and select the mail that need to be whitelisted. Finally, on the 'User options' panel, select 'Blacklist sender' on the drop down menu and click on 'Perform action' to complete.
  • How to disable commercial email filtering for client?

    First, access to your management panel by clicking the 'Management' button which located on the top main menu bar. Next, search for the domain you are looking for on the left side panel. After selecting the domain, go to 'Email' and select 'Filtering' on the right panel.  Remove the tick in 'Activate infomail filter' to disable the infomail filtering. Lastly, click on 'Save' to update the setting.
  • How to enable tagging for client?

    First, access to your management panel by clicking the 'Management' button which located on the top main menu bar. Next, search for the domain you are looking for on the left side panel. After selecting the domain, go to 'Email' and select 'Filtering' on the right panel.  On the 'Email Spam handling' options click on the 'Tag' to enable the tagging and lastly, click on 'Save' to update the setting.
